Before you ride

Waivers

Each club in the Collective maintains its own release and liability waiver. Sign the waiver for the club you'll be playing, riding or taking lessons at — there isn't a single Collective-wide form.

Waivers are required prior to riding or playing at every club. If you'll be playing at more than one club, you'll need to sign each club's waiver separately. Questions? Email info@svpolo.com.
